Wondering if anyone is having problems with Budworx or if I'm being too impatient?? Trying to sort out a shortage and it's taking a loooong time to get any replies. he did post that he had been away and the latest is that his vac pac is busted but I'm starting to get a bad feeling. Anyone else not getting comms from him?

Yeah, about a week ago I placed an order with him, after him still not sending it out after a few days and not responding to any messages, I just decided to cancel the order and get my BTC back.

ah well, at least you had the sense to cancel. Foolishly I finalised my order after my last comms with him thinking I would help out....last time I try that one.
guess this is another 'flash in the pan' vendor. Shame as the bud was pretty good :)

Interesting, I'm waiting on an order from him as well. I received 1 gram from him last week when I should've received 4, and since then sent multple messages asking what the deal is, but he hasn't responded apart from the mass mail about his vac machine being broken. I haven't finalised though and I'll take it to the resolution centre if I have to, unless he sorts it out and decides to send me my remainder.

Budworx is back so this thread can probably be deleted. Very little sympathy for anyone who finalizes early, hope you receive your product though.

Bud seems to be back in business. appears he has been away recruiting and re-equipping and should be back to normal in a day or two. I retract my earlier 'flash in the pan' comment but feel an email or two explaining the situation would have been good.
FYI - I didn't FE. I had received product OK but had some issues with weight. We were negotiating a suitable conclusion and I finalized the order to release the funds as part of that conclusion just before he went off grid. Normally I wouldn't do that but, up until 10 days ago, comms had been good and we were working it out so I thought I would take the risk. Guess that's the old hippy in me and I won't be listening to him again :)
It does highlight the importance of customer service and communication in any distance selling environment tho.
anyway, hopefully all will be sorted by the end of the week. thanks for the replies :)

That is called finalizing early if you didn't receive all your product. I agree about the importance of communication though, have you heard from them yet?

I agree is the agreed upon order was short then the order was not complete, FE.
That gave him the freedom to take his time to deal with the situation or not.
I'd go and edit your feedback and that should get his attention.

Have had further comms from Bud today and resolution has been agreed and is being processed for post tomorrow. will confirm on here when I get it.

ive had a few dealings with him and i have to say he has been nothing but professional and always communicates well with me

been away for a few days so just getting around to the update
received the pack next day as expected. was expecting 2.0 but got 1.5. have told him and he has offered +1g on my next order. Probably going to take a break for a while tho, exchange rates and pricing across the board is getting the better of my bank balance!
